He was preceded in death by his parents: Arthur Lee and Bertha Leona Prewett; 3 brothers Arthur Prewett Jr. Abra Lee Prewett and Bogel Jeffery Prewett; and 1 sister Margie Cole. He is survived by his wife Wanda of the home; 2 daughters Brenda Darlene Modgling and husband Toby of Belton, TX., Darla Anne Melton and husband Harold of Fort Smith, AR.; 1 son Gerald David Prewett of Muldrow, OK.; 10 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters Ruth Mae Caudle of Tulare, CA. and Mary Lucy Morrison of Palm Desert CA.
Funeral service will be 2:00 Friday, December 5, 2014 at Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Interment will be at Liberty Cemetery in OK.
Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, December 4, 2014.
Pallbearers will be Charles Smith, Hubert Smith, Ricky Smith, Joshua Rice, Chris Rice, and Nathan Rice.
Honorary pallbearers will be Dakota Johnson and Braden Blackburn. Arrangements are under the direction of Lewis-Roberts Funeral Chapel.
