Dana Lynn Boyd, 24, of Albuquerque, died Tuesday, March 22, 2011, in Albuquerque. She was born Oct. 13, 1986, in Shiprock, to David and Sherry Boyd. Her mother is of the Bitter Water Clan; her father is of the Red Bottom Clan.
Dana was preceded in death a brother, Dave Boyd; maternal grandparents, Jimmy and Mary Wero Lopez; and paternal grandparents, Henry and Mary Chee Boyd.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Day Jr., age 5; daughter, Katrina Day, age 3; parents, David and Sherry Boyd; brothers, Donahue Werito and David Boyd Jr.; sisters, Donallia Werito Lopez, Davida Boyd and Danaille Boyd.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. today, March 30, at the Brethren in Christ Mission in Otis. R. B. Sanchez of the Albuquerque Victory Outreach Church will officiate.
Interment will follow at the Brethren in Christ Mission Cemetery.
