Sangerville Retired Teacher and Farmer Dies - Funeral Services Thursday Morning

Titus J. Arganbright, aged 75, of Sangerville, a retired farmer and for 33 years a teacher in the public schools of Augusta and Rockingham counties died at Rockingham Memorial Hospital yesterday morning at ten o'clock after a week's illness from pneumonia.

He was a son of the late A. A. Argenbright and was born near McGaheysville, in which section he lived until going to Augusta county. His father later moved to the Dansss community. His wife who was before marriage, Miss Sarah C. Skyles, died two years ago.

Mr. Argenbright who had a wide acquaintance in the two counties, was a faithful member of the Methodist Church and served as a member of the board of stewards for many years. He lived in the Emmanual Church section, between Mr. Solon and Sangerville, before moving to the latter place.
He is survived by a daughter, Mrs. L. V. Thacker of Washington, three sons, F. E. Keota, Iowa; L. P., Salisbury, Md. and L. B., of Bridgewater; a brother, Magistrate F. J. Argenbright, of Keezletown and three sisters, Mrs. W. Crist, of Washington; Miss Ella Argenbright of Roanoke and Mrs. S. H. Showalter of Mt. Crawford.

Funeral services will be held from the Sangersville Methodist Church Thursday morning at eleven o'clock.
