Raymond Darrell "Buddy" Allen, A resident and native of Baton Rouge, he died Monday, June 14, 2010. He was 22.

Hall's Celebration Center, 9348 Scenic Highway, in charge of arrangements.
Visiting at Franklin Avenue Baptist Church, religious service, conducted by Titus White, pastor. Interment in Mulatto Bend Cemetery, Port Allen.

Survived by his parents, Raymond and Melissa Allen Jones, of Baton Rouge; sisters, Jasmine Allen, of Baton Rouge, and Chantel Crocket and husband James, of Savannah, Ga.; brothers, Jamar, and DeJuan and wife Demita Allen, of Baton Rouge; grandparents, Ernest Sr. and Willa Allen, of Pontiac, Mich., Richard Olevia Moore, of Port Allen, Sarah Chaumley, of Southfield, Mich., and Manuel and Lena Perkins, of Baton Rouge; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, family and friends.

Preceded in death by his great-grandparents. He attended Belaire High School, enjoyed talking on the phone, cooking and spending time with his family. He loved sports and his favorite team was the Cleveland Cavaliers.
