Born in Washington, D.C., he was the son of Dean C. Proctor of Hyattsville, Md. and Doris J. Durham of the home.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, is his grandmother, Shirley Durham of the home.
Funeral Service: Friday at 3 p.m. at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 7:30 at Watkins, Garrett & Woods Mortuary.
