Lee was the son of the late Charles W. and Mary (Hench) Adair and lived his whole life in Loysville area. He died in the Green Ridge Village, nursing home. He was a lifetime farmer and corpenter; a member of Chruch of the Living Christ and past member of Centre Presbyterian Church, both of Loysville, Blain Fire Co. and past member of Blain Sportsman's Club and Perry County Farm Bureau; and an avid fisherman. Surviving are his wife of 67 years, Dorothy H. (Westover) Adair; three children; Mary Lee Byers of Millerstown, Robert W. of Grantville; and Charles C. of Loysville; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jay, and a sister, Janet Bitner. Services were held at Centre Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Arlene Dunn and Adam Williams officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
