Surgoinsville - Mrs. Oma Lee Brooks, 75, of Route 1, Surgoinsville, died Friday at 3:30 am at Holston Valley Community Hospital following a brief illness.
She was a native of Hancock County, but had spent most of her life in Hawkins County. She was the wife of the late Sam Brooks and a member of the Willow Springs Baptist Church.
