Services for former Winner resident Hulda Fischer, 82, Rapid City, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church at Winner. She died Monday at Rapid City Regional Hospital.

Burial will be in Winner Cemetery.

A memorial has been established to the church's heart fund.

She was born March 7, 1909, at Dallas to John and Magdalena Redlinger. She married Pete Fischer Aug. 21, 1926, at her parents' farm near Clearfield.

They farmed in Tripp County near Colome until they retired in 1969 and moved to Winner. In October 1990 they moved to Rapid City to live in Westhills Village.

Mrs. Fischer was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Winner and was active for many years in the church's Ladies Aid.

She was preceded in death by a sister, four brothers, a grandson and a great-grandson.
Survivors include her husband, of Rapid City; a son, Vernon Fischer of Rapid City; three daughters, Violet Kaiser of Winner, Betty Drath of Houston and Joan Taggart of Denver; three sisters, Leah Nagel of Winner, Linda Pitts of Tulsa, Okla., and Esther Fordyce of Omaha; two brothers, Ruben Redlinger of O'Neill, Neb., and Edwin Redlinger of Sioux City, Iowa; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.

Funeral services for Hulda R. Fischer, 82, were held Sept. 6 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Winner with the Rev. W.H. Allwardt officiating.

She was born March 7, 1909 in Dallas to John and Magdalena (Auch) Relinger.

On Aug. 21, 1926, she married Pete Fischer at her parents farm near Clearfield. Born to this union were three daughters: Violet, Betty, Joan, and one son, Vernon.

They farmed in Tripp County near Colome until they retired in 1969 and moved to Winner. In October of 1990, they moved to Rapid City to reside at Westhill Village.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Winner and also was an active participant in their ladies aid for many years.

Survivors include her husband, Pete, of Rapid City and all of her children which include her three daughters: Violet Kaiser of Winner, Betty Drath of Houston, Texas, Joan Taggart of Denver, Colo.; one son, Vernon Fischer of Rapid City; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.

Also surviving are three sisters; Leah Nagel of Winner, Linda Pitts of Tulsa, Okla., and Esther Fordyce of Omaha, Neb; two brothers, Ruben Redlinger of O'Neill, Neb., and Edwin Redlinger of Sioux City, Iowa.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one grandson, one great-grandson, one sister, Effie Evans of Winner; four brothers, Art Redligner of Lake Benton, Minn., Arnold Redlinger of O'Neill, Nebr., Irvin Redlinger of Lake Benton, Minn., and Leemoine Redlinger of Boulder, Colo.
