DAVIS, James Preston - of Dunedin, Florida, formerly of Mallory St., Flint, died at Clearwater, Florida, September 7, 1983. Interment has taken place in Florida.
Mr. Davis was born in St. Charles, Michigan, the youngest son of James Humphrey Davis and Sarah Griffiths Davis.
He was employed by St. Joseph's Hospital, Flint, as an Administrative Assistant until his retirement in 1966 when he moved to Dunedin where he has resided since that time. He was formerly a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Flint, michigan and later of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Dunedin.
He was educated at Kalamzoo College, Michigan and was a former member of the Flint Kiwanis Club.
Surviving are : wife, Anna Mae Davis; son, James Henry Davis; daughter-in-law, Sally Davis; 2 grandsons, Rhys Davis and Matthew Davis.
