Ronald Fidelis Brunette, 67, of Port Orchard, Wash., died there Aug. 4. A committal service was Tuesday afternoon at Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, Washington.
Mr. Brunette was born March 21, 1940 to Faye and Violette (LaBrie) Brunette in Rice Lake, where he grew up and graduated from high school. He moved to Washington from Albany, Ore., in 1978 and worked in the automotive retail industry, as a jobber and in the wholesale industry until retiring in 2002. He married Patricia Endicott on Aug. 2, 1980 in Federal Way, Wash., and they moved to Port Orchard in 1983. Mr. Brunette served in the National Guard from 1956-1957, the Army Reserve from 1957-1959 and the Navy from 1959-1963. He enjoyed classic cars, fishing, reading and watching the wildlife in his yard.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; a son, Scott of Watford, England; a daughter, Tricia Mattson of Redmond, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. [Based on an obiutary published 8 Aug 2007 in The Rice Lake Chronotype, Rice Lake, WI.]
