Harry served as a 1st Lieutenant and the navigator on a B-24 Liberator with the 461st Bombardment Group, Fifteenth Air Force, U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II.
He was "Killed In Action" over Linz, Austria.
He had served in the Air Corps for one year and eight months at the time of his death.
He was decorated with the Air Medal with nine Oak Leaf Clusters and one Distinguished Unit Badge.
