County Woman Dies Monday

Frankton- Mrs. Patricia L. Carroll, 39, of 205 W. Walnut St. died Monday evening at her home after an illness of several months.
A Frankton native, Mrs. Carroll was born Nov. 9, 1930 to Hobart and Sylvia Beeson Merritt and was married in 1947 to George Carroll who survives. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church at Frankton.
Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Steve (Debra) Henry of Frankton and Kelly Carroll, at home; a son, Jeffrey Carroll, also at home; her mother, Mrs. Sylvia Merritt of Frankton; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Myers of San Pedro, Calif., Mrs, Carol Blazier of Columbus, Ohio, Mrs. Enid Whitson and Mrs. Barbara Lawson, both of Frankton; a brother, Melvin Merritt of Anderson; and one grandson.
Funeral services are incomplete at the George C. Harper and Son Funeral Home in Frankton.
