A Celebration of Life for Cynthia (Cindy) Dawn Offutt Crabtree, Age 28 years old, will be held Friday, June 25, 2010, beginning at 2:00 pm from the chapel of Cookeville Funeral Home with interment in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 24, 2010, from 5:00 - 9:00 pm and on Friday from 10:00 am until time of services.
Ms. Crabtree was found murdered on May 28, 2010, in Smith County, TN.
She was born September 9, 1981, in Fulton County, GA to Donna Graham Offutt of Cookeville & the late Robert M. Offutt.
Ms. Crabtree was in the housecleaning business and attended Mt. Pleasant Freewill Baptist Church.
She was a loving daughter, mother, sister and friend to many. She knew no strangers and was kind to everyone she met.
Her family includes her mother, her husband Anthony Crabtree, two daughters: Chelsea & Chloe Crabtree of Mt. Juliet, a sister Jill Offutt of Cookeville and two brothers David Manual of Blue Ridge, TN & Jesse L. Clouse of Cookeville. Aunt & Uncle Cathy Dockery & Billy Graham of GA. Aunts Desha Wiseman & Juanita Dunkle of Nashville & Uncle Kenny Offutt of Maryland. A step-father: William Clouse of Cookeville and a Special Friend Kim Crouch.
She was preceded in death by her father Robert Offutt.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made at any Cookeville Regions Bank for funeral expenses. Pall Bearers will be family & friends. Bro. Mike Adams will officiate at the services.
