Sara E. Sally of Plymouth, formerly of Carver and Marshfield. Aug 26, at the age of 91. Beloved wife of 61 years to the late Edward L. Gentry Sr. Loving mother of Edward L. Ted Jr. and his wife Martha Gentry of Hingham, Jiggs and Bonnie Lewis-Gentry of Medway, Rick Gentry of Garnett Valley, PA., Karen Gentry of Plymouth, Brian Gentry of Marshfield, the late Penny Gentry Ohrenberger and the late Diane Gentry Huddleston. Mother-in-law of Edward Ohrenberger and Dennis Huddleston. Sister of all the late, Elliott Esau, Herbert M. Esau, Leslie White, Sister Natilie Esau and Phyllis Esau. Also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Sally was born and raised in Milton and graduated from Milton High School in 1937. She moved to Marshfield in 1967 before moving to Carver in 1979. She had been in Plymouth for one year. Sally graduated from the BU School of Secretarial Sciences. She was a secretary to the Principal of the South River School Marshfield from 1967 to 1980. A veteran of the Coast Guard World War II. Visiting hours will be on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139, Marshfield. A funeral service will be held on Friday morning at 10:00 am. Interment will be in the Milton Cemetery, Milton.
