"J" was deaf since the age of 4 due to an illness. He graduated from The Missouri School for the Deaf in Fulton. He lived his last 15 years in Winfield, MO. where he spent his time volunteering at WINCO Senior Center. "J" enjoyed a good meal and was company at the holidays of his family, where he would visit and watch TV. He told stories of driving a horse drawn plow ,tilling the ground in a south-east Missouri farm. He also told stories of picking cotton as a boy.
"J" had a love for his small dog and two cats.
