Nixon—Services for Mrs. F. P. Cobb (Nancy as she is known to her friends) age 83, of Cuero, were held Monday afternoon at 2 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel, officiating at the services was her pastor, the Rev. N. A. Sanders, pastor of the first Baptist church in Cuero. She died on Saturday in Brownsville in a Nursing Home, after a long illness
Mrs. Cobb, was a close friend to this writer and family. When they lived in Nixon a number of years back, she was a next door neighbor. To know Mrs. Cobb was to love her.
We extend deepest sympathy to the loved ones.
