Adams, Robert (Bob) Earl, age 80, of Chattanooga, passed away November 20, 2014. Bob was born in Nashville, Tennessee to his parents the late, Earl James and Wilmotine Adams
He was preceded in death by his brothers, James Wynne Adams and Charles Thomas Adams. Bob was an avid sports fan of all types; he especially loved golf and played often. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He retired in 1994 after 34 years of service with Provident Life and Accident Insurance Co.
Surviving relatives; wife of 57 years, Norma Jean Adams, daughter Theresa (Brian) Card, sister, Edna Frances Adams, grandchildren Alexander Card and Laurel Card and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 3P.M. Saturday November 22, 2014 in Hamilton Memorial Gardens with Pastor Harold McClure, officiating.
