Survivors are sons, Joe Fraker; San Antonio, Carroll Fraker; Tulsa, Okla; daughter, Mrs Earl Williams, San Antonio; brothers, Tom Waldrop, Knoxville, Tenn; sister, Mrs J. B. Davis, Blaine, Tenn; The body will be sent Friday afternoon to Hatfield, Ark, for service and internment, Arrangements by PORTER LORING
