Marjorie died Dec. 12, 2012 in Edmonds, Washington; born Nov. 5, 1919 in Max,
North Dakota to Murray and Mable Horton; raised in Little Falls, Minn. where she
met her husband of 32 years, Curtis R. Larson, whom she married in Nov. 1942 at
Camp Rucker, Ozark, Alabama during his basic training for the US Army.

She moved to Seattle with her parents, two brothers and three sisters in may
1943 while Curtis was fighting in the Philippine Islands during WW2.

Marjorie is preceded in death by her husband, Curtis, and her daughter, Barbara
Ann Marcello. She is survived by her son, James Larson of Otis, OR; and her
sisters Geraldine Smith, Delores Hamblet and Arlene Meissner-Barley.

Marjorie taught 3rd grade Sunday school in the 1950's at Bethel Lutheran of
Shoreline and later became and was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in
Lynnwood, WA. At the age of 70, she obtained her real estate license after
having an extensive history as a checker for Atlantic & Pacific Grocery stores.
