G.B. Brooks, 43, and his wife, Mary Margaret Brooks, 42, formerly of Brooksville, both residents of Bushnell, were killed in an auto accident near Leesburg Wednesday.
Brooks was a native of Opp, Ala., and came to Sumter County 2 years ago from Stewart, Florida. He was a member of the Baptist church and was employed by the St. Catherine Rock Co.
Mrs. Brooks was born in Jackson, Mich., and was a member of the Baptist church.
