Per death certificate, parents George Archer and Delila Cappel (Kepple), spouse RS Deatherage, widowed, informant Grace Singleton. Buried beside husband.

Rosetta born 1862 to George Archer and Delilah Kepple. She had 2 sisters, Ida b1864 and Christina b1867. The mother passed away when Rosetta was age 5.

Christina Archer is found in the household of Delilah's parents 1870 MO census at age 3. So she was probably raised by them.

Delilah Kepple was born and baptized in Westmoreland County Pennsylvania. Her parents were John and Christina (Barnhart) Kepple, both born 1813 PA. Delilah had 8 brothers and sisters. Between 1851 and 1855 the Kepple family moved from PA to Pike Twp., Marion Co., Indiana where Delilah met and married George Archer in 1860.

After the death of Rosetta's mother, her father married Martha Cooper in 1869 IN.

Between 1872 and 1874, the Archer family moved from Indiana to Chariton Co., Missouri where Rosetta met and married Robert Samuel Deatherage in 1882.

In 1891 George Archer was deeded 163 acres of land in the southern part of the state, Douglas County, and in 1894 Rosetta's father-in-law was deeded 159 acres near George Archer's land.

Rosetta and Robert moved their family on land of the father-in-law and raised their family there.
