Mary Ann and James Melvin Ross had eight children. The first seven are listed in this memorial. The eighth child is LaMar Ross. He was born 21 March 1926 in Delta, Utah, and died 1 May 1990 in Union Co., Florida. His burial site is unknown.

DEATH OF MRS. JAMES M. ROSS
Mrs. Mary Ann Hopkins Ross died in Salt Lake City June 20th after a lingering illness and two operations. Mrs. Ross was born August 15th, 1884 in Joseph, Sevier County, Utah. At the age of twenty one she was married to James M. Ross of Richfield to which union eight children were born. They removed to Delta several years ago. Mrs. Ross was active in Primary and Relief Society and at the time of her death was counselor in the Third Ward Relief Society. The sincere sympathy of the entire community is extended to the sorrowing family and to her aged father.
