Constantia, Jan. 23.—On Monday morning occurred the, death of one of our most esteemed neighbors. Lillian Howard Freday. aged 67. For many years she has been a resident of our town, and she will be missed by all who knew her personally. She leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, Oscar C. Freday, three daughters, Mrs. Herbert F. Dunn. Syracuse; Ella P. Freday, New York Mills; Mrs. T. A. Petrie, Parish Centre; three sisters, Ella Howard, of this town, Mrs. Menzo Hall, Syracuse and Miss Laura Howard, California. Besides the immediate family she leaves many other relatives and a large circle of friends. Their funeral was held from the family home on Thursday, January 17th at 11 a.m. The Rev. Julia M. Tobey, of Central Square Universalist church officiated and gave a most comforting though not emotional sermon, which comforted the burdened ones exceedingly. Burial was made in North Syracuse.
