Mrs. Violet G. Bishop, 71, a native of Mobile and a resident of Fairhope, died Dec. 4.
Survivors are her husband, Daniel C. Bishop, Fairhope; one daughter, Patsy Nelson, Magnolia Springs; two sisters; Hilda Fell, Detroit, Mich. and Margaret McKenzie, Magnolia Springs; one brother, Russell Gilheart, Fairhope; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Dec. 7, from the Chapel of Mack Funeral Home with the Rev. Bill Stephens officiating. Interment was in Brook-Cedron Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by Mack Funeral Home of Robertsdale, Ala.
