Paul L. Yates, 84, of Radcliff, KY passed away Friday, November 06, 2009 at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Facility, Hodgenville, KY. Mr. Yates was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church, Radcliff, KY and was a veteran of the United States Army having served in WWII. He was preceded in death by: his wife, Sue Yates; his parents, Wayne & Alice Yates; 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Survivors include: 2 daughters, Linda Austin & her husband Lonnie of Lanesville, IN, Carol Daniels & her husband Mike of Minneapolis, MN; 2 sons, J.W. Yates & his wife Kathy of Lexington, KY, David Yates & his wife Dianna of Topeka, KS; 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, November 9, 2009 from the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Dr. Jim Shaw officiating. Cremation will follow the service. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
