Daniel Brumbaugh, a life-long and well-known resident of this city, passed suddenly Saturday eveing at 7 o'clock at the family residence, 417 Scott St., aged 73 years. He had been employed by the B. & O. Railroad company for more than 55 years, recently having been engaged as watchman at the Scott St. crossing. He is survived by his widow, one son, Frank Brumbaugh, both of this city; two grandchildren; one brother, David Brumbaugh of Oakland, Cal.; one sister Mrs. Elizabeth Brown of Detroit, and man other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the residence Tues. afternoon at 2 o'clock. Interment will be made in the family lot in Oakland Cemetery.
