Loving husband of Judy Adams (nee Purl); dear son of Juanita Mae and the late Malcolm Cleveland Adams; devoted father of Michelle Adams and Jeffrey Kurt (Amanda) Adams; cherished grandfather of Austin, Alana, and Alyssa Adams; dear brother of Jennifer (Bill) Ozenkoski and Theresa Adams; beloved uncle, great-uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He is also preceded in death by his mother-in-law and father-in-law Gertie and Pat Purl, and by his brother-in-law Patrick "Rick" Purl.

Mark was a Master Carpenter and owner of Mark Adams Construction for 40 years. He was known to many for his exceptional craftsmanship building custom homes. He was an avid outdoorsman, enjoyed hunting and especially fishing. Mark was devoted to and loved his wife of 44 years, his children, grandchildren, and extended family and friends.

Mark served our country in Vietnam as a SeaBee in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
