Mrs. Blair was born near Purcell, Oklahoma July 31, 1908 and died at the age of 33 years. When but eight months old she came to Wyoming with hew parents, Mr. & Mrs. W. E. Ottinger, who settled on Shell Creek. She was graduated from Greybull High School, later taking normal training at the Univrsity of Wyo. After completing her course she taught school on Shell Creek for a time. On December 28, 1928 she was married in Billings (Montana) to Earl Blair. One son, David, now three years old, was born to them. Mrs. Blair is surivied by her husband, her young son, her mother, Mrs. Nelly (Neely) of Burlington and two brothers, Tom and William. Her father passed away three years ago. She was a member of the Shell Valley Country Club, the Carnation Rebekah lodge No.12, and the Presbyterian Church~funeral services were held this afternoon from the Presbyterian church at 2:30 with the Rv. Warren Davis conducting the services. Interment was made at the Whaley cemetery where her
father was buried. Greybull Rebekah lodge members had charge of the services at the grave. Mrs. Blair was a splendid woman, a fine mother and wife. She enjoyed a wide circle of friends who mourn her passing with members of her family.
