Mrs. Elizabeth Anderson, wife of Herman Anderson, a retired building contractor, died yesterday in her home at 38-29 219th street, Bayside. She was 83.
Born in Manhattan, she had been a Bayside resident more than 80 years. A member of the Ladies Guild of All Saints Episcopal Church, she also had been active in the Order of the Easter Star.
Surviving, besides her husband, are two sons, Herman and Clarence; a daughter, Mrs. Hazel Gilmore, and two grandchildren.
Religious services will be conducted at 2 P.M. Wednesday in All Saints Episcopal Church, Bayside. Burial will be in Zion Cemetery, Douglaston.
