Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Bowman was born July 23, 1933 in Keefer, Kentucky and passed away April 30, 2019 in Florence, Kentucky at the age of 85. She was the daughter of the late William Perry and Anna Bell Dean Colson.

Libby was a homemaker and a member of the Antioch Church of Christ in Keefer. She was preceded in death by her husband: Russell J. Bowman; a son: Scott Bowman; a daughter: Lois Rae Newman; and several brothers and sisters.

She is survived by a son: Timothy J. Bowman of Corinth; a sister: Patsy Simpson of Dry Ridge; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 4, 2019 at Antioch Church of Christ with Bro. Tommy Simpson and Bro. Scotty Simpson officiating. Visitation will be 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Saturday at the church. Burial will be in the Antioch Church Cemetery.
