Jim served in the United States Air Force from 1960-1963.
He loved competitive athletics and excelled in any sports he chose to play. His particular passion was Organized Soft Ball, actually playing at a very high level as late as August of 2010. Jim was a loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. He had a heart as big as the sky. He will be greatly missed by all.
His internment was Monday, August 1, 2011 at 10:15am at Riverside National Cemetery.
Jim is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Biggers Budrakey, son-n-law, James Budrakey, son, Josh Biggers, brother, Larry Biggers, sister-n-law, Becky Biggers, grandson, Austin Budrakey, and neices and nephew, Ashley & Kaitlyn Biggers, Natalie Biggers Smart, and Brandon Biggers.
