Mrs. Anna Northern, 75, died at the home of her son, Harold Northern, in Wyandotte County April 16, 1960. She had been ill about three years. A life-long resident of Wyandotte County, Mrs. Northern was a member of the Victoria Tabernacle. She married William Northern, who was a farmer, August 31, 1905. He died in 1940.
Surviving besides the son, Harold, are two other sons, William Northern, New Franklin, MO.; Joseph Northern, Paola; six daughters, Mrs. Rosa Carver, Mrs. Ruth Guyer, Mrs. Lucille Rodgers and Mrs. Aletha Beach of Kansas City, Mrs. Clara Garner, Chowhilla, CA, and Mrs. Florence Warren, Tonganoxie; a brother, Edward Falk, Lee's Summit; 37 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
The funeral was held at the Fulton Chapel, Kansas City, and interment was in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
