DOMBROSKI, Debora Lynne (Raynor)(Age 41)
Debora, loving wife of Rob Dombroski, mother of Lyndsey Raynor, Hannah Mears and stepson James Dombroski, quietly left our world to be in the arms of our loving Lord. Debora lived most of her life in Spokane. She graduated from Rogers High School in 1983 and attended WSU for a year before deciding to move to Washington, DC to be a nanny. This is where she met and married her first husband, Todd Raynor. When he passed away she moved to Spokane with her daughter Lyndsey and started in the nursing program at WSU. She graduated with Honors from WSU/ICNE as a registered nurse and started her career at SHMC. Debora was a warm, alive girl with a great sense of humor and infectious smile and laugh. She had a great love of God and was very involved in Bible studies to further her faith. She was a dedicated and loving Mom, who loved to watch her daughters grow in dance and her stepson take on soccer. She had a very creative mind and it showed in her decorating skills and scrap booking. She was very energetic, full of life, loved to travel and experience all that life had to offer.
She is survived by her mother Leigh Hunter, father Harold L. Rice (Mary Jane), stepmom June Scates (William), sister Teresa Newcomb (Jeff), brother Dan Rice (Marie), stepsisters Marcy Wetzel and Dawn Funk, stepbrother Reid Emery, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her first husband Todd Raynor, father-in-law Don Raynor and stepfather Ernie Hunter.
Memorial Services held April 23, 2008 at Southside Christian Church, Spokane, WA. A private inurnment held April 24th at Holy Cross Cemetery.
