Funeral services Friday 10 a.m. at the Eckard-Baldwin Funeral Home, Dr. Charles F. Billing officiating, Interment Northlawn Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday 7 to 9 p.m., Thurday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
