Daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Edward Wideman who conducted a meat market on Hazle Street, in Wilkes-Barre, PA., her brother Edward has taken over the the meat market after the death of their father.
Married on June 15, 1870 she is the wife of Phillip Blaum owned a shoe store for 25 years in Wilkes-Barre, PA. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in 1920 (a year before Phillip's death) with family of eight children and thirty two grandchildren at the Hotel Reddington Mayor Daniel L. Hart acted as Toastmaster. Brother Charles Blaum - Brides groom attendant, and Bridesmaid Gertrude Kaschenbach were at the celebration.
