Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors Colonial Chapel with Tim Roberts, a family friend, officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery in McLean.
Mrs. Adamson was born Nov. 2, 1936, in Delhi, Okla. She had been a resident of Pampa since 1956.
She married Howard "Blackie" Adamson Jr. on Jan. 7, 1972, in Pampa.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Doc West, White West and Carl West; and two sisters, Ray Jean West and Betty Bagwell.
Survivors include her husband, Howard "Blackie" Adamson Jr.; four sons, Terry Barrett and wife Janet and Tony Barrett, all of Grove, Okla., Eddie Adamson and wife Beverly of Fritch, and Ray Adamson of Pampa; a sister, Mary Lister of Santa Paula, Calif.; five brothers, Walt West and Roland West and wife Dixie, all of Pampa, Jack West and wife Betty and Robert West, all of Groom, and Billy West and wife Geraldine of Flagstaff, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
