Richard "Two-Ton" Baker "The Music Maker" played piano and sang. He was on the first television broadcast on WGN-TV (April 5, 1948), and later had a very popular children's program "Happy Pirates" that ran on ABC Channel 7 in Chicago from 1952 to 1956.
Son of James Albert Borin and Florence Fay Evans. Stepson of Myron R. Baker. Married 21 October 1936 at Cook County, Illinois to Ruth Evans Fischer, daughter of Albert Otto Fisher and Minnie Anna Marie Assheim. Two children: Richard Jr. and Deborah.
