Clyde Wright Dolby was born June 15, 1910 in Jefferson County, Indiana, along with his twin brother, William Curtis Dolby, to Amaniah Clarence Dolby and Lottie Mae [Means] Dolby. He went to work at an early age after the death of his father when he was 12. He married Hazel Moore in 1940 at Madison, Indiana, where they resided their entire adult lives. After attending the funeral of his Maternal Aunt Luella "Lulu" Heitz-Wagner in Indianapolis, Clyde suffered a heart attack while driving home on US 52 in Shelby County on April 14, 1963 and died there.
Clyde and Hazel had no Children.
