A baby boy, stillborn, was born at Blair Hospital on Wednesday to Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Svendgaard. Mrs. Svendgaard, formerly Miss Marjorie Kuhr, is reported to be getting along nicely.

Note: There are duplicate records for this individual. The stone is shown in the Blair Cemetery, Blk 10 Lot 2 Gr 9, but records say that he is buried in the Kennard Cemetery. The stone also has the death date as 1943 but the records show 1942. The memorial in the Blair Cemetery is #61070024. A copy of this stone was placed on the Kennard record; however, there are no markers in the Kennard Cemetery.

Per a relative: "I believe a headstone may have been created much later, placed near the family burials in Blair cemetery, although original burial was in Kennard cemetery, location unknown. Back in 1942, it is possible that no stone was placed since Walter was stillborn, and sometimes infant graves were identified with small, flat stones that later become engulfed in weeds and sinking below top soil. All the family records have date of death in 1942."
