Wanda Lee (Bullard) Vincent, 81, of Concord died Wednesday, February 2nd at Woodlawn Nursing Center in Batesville, AR after a lengthy illness.
She was born January 29, 1930 in Concord and lived most of her life in the family home.
A member of the First Baptist Church of Concord, she loved to cook and was always perfecting her craft. She also enjoyed sewing and made many of her daughter and granddaughter's clothes. She always had a beautiful garden and loved growing flowers.
She is survived by her loving husband Billie Joe Vincent, of the home. Two children and their spouses; Dr. Joe Wayne (Jaynendel "Jen") Vincent of Jonesboro, and Linda (Jim) Grant of Concord. Three grandchildren; Heath Grant and Josh Grant of Concord, Sara Marie Vincent of Jonesboro. One great-grandson, Hunter Grant of Concord. She leaves behind a host of family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Cyrus and Euna (Bell) Bullard; one brother, O L Bullard; and sister, Ava (Bullard) Davis.
