Stricken At Hospital--Mrs. George Dear Dies After An Operation.
Mrs. Agnes Demmer Dear, 27, wife of George Dear of No. 1609 North Salina street, died yesterday afternoon at the Syracuse Hospital for Women and Children, where she went Wednesday for an operation. Besides her husband, Mrs. Dear leaves five children. George, Norman, Oscar, William and Dorothy Dear. She is survived also by one brother and two sisters. George Fleck and Mrs. George Thompson of this city and Mrs. Stephen Sweeney of Warehouse Point, Conn. The funeral will be held at Mrs. Dear's late home at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon, with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery.
