After her untimely death Eben married for a second time on June 4th, 1807 to #2 Fanny Clifford, daughter of Edward Clifford (1733-1824) & Abigail Winslow (1743-1820). The couple had four children: Rebecca (William) Clay, Fannie Amelia (Harris) Phillips, Augustus Hammond Conant & Harriet Mercy (Daniel) Goodnough (whose husband, born 10 Feb 1805 in Brandon, VT, remarried to Clarry Buckland, and died 30 July 1893 in Vermont).
Ebenezer wed his third wife #3 Polly nee Olin Wright, widow of the Rev. Moses Emory Wright (1787-1842), on May 17th, 1849.
