Mr. Latimer was a native and lifelong resident of Gulfport. He was a member of the South Haven Baptist Church in Saucier. He had been a Mason and Shriner. He was also a retired heavy equipment operator. He was preceded in death by three daughters, Louise Moran, Helen Katherine Latimer, and Margaret Ernestine Latimer; a brother, Hubert Latimer; and his parents, Arthur and Ella King Latimer. Survivors include his wife, Elsie Rouse Latimer. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Gulfport.
