Born November 9, 1963, in San Pedro, Calif., she loved softball, roses and all things sparkly, but most of all, she loved her family. Survivors include her husband, John Baxter; daughters, Charmion Stevens and Ashley Grubbs; son, Tommy Thomas; and sisters, Barbara Runyon and Patricia Rodgers.
