Uncle Junior was the half brother of my father Charles Edward Smith Mem # 65853142 as well as my uncle. He was a City of Atlanta Fireman were he drove the back end of the ladder truck. He was at Fire Hall #1. He married Kittye Justice around 1946 and they had three children, Russell Thomas Cleveland born in 1948, Donna Jean Cleveland born in 1956, Johnny Edwin Cleveland born in 1959 and Traci Nora Cleveland born in 1964. Uncle Junior and Aunt Kittye raised my cousins in the Grant Park area, East Atlanta area, and the Stockbridge area. Divorcing around 1971. Aunt Kittye moved to Conyers. Uncle Junior died as result of diabetes and alcoholism. He left us too early at the age of 44.
