Mrs. Sherman Litz.
Mrs. Mary Adeline Litz, wife of Sherman Litz, died suddenly Sunday morning at 6:16 o’clock at her home, 524 East Main Street. She was the victim of a heart attack. Born in Swissdale 62 years ago, Mrs. Litz had been a resident of this city for the past 28 years.
Beside her husband she is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Alex Probst this city and Mrs. Emma Getz of Jersey Shore. A foster daughter, Mrs. Jacob Bryerton of this city, also survives.
Mrs. Litz was a member of the First Evangelical church of this city and for a number of years had conducted a small grocery store at her residence.
Funeral services will be conducted from the Evangelical church Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock in charge of Rev. G. R. Mergenthater assisted by Rev. Collins E Hazen. Interment will be made in Swissdale cemetery.
