Harry Joseph Boxxe
Harry Joseph Boxxe, 84, of Pooler, Georgia, died Thursday at his home after a long illness.
He was born in Effingham County, was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pooler where he was the oldest deacon and was a member of the Woodmen of the World.
Surviving are two daughters, Mr. Joe B. Sanders of Altamonte Springs, Florida and Mrs. L. E DeWitt of Pooler; two sons, W. E. Boxxe and G. M, Boxxe, both of Pooler; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held at 3 PM Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Pooler with burial in Gravel Hill Cemetery.
Fox and Weeks Funeral Home is in charge.

Funeral services will be Saturday 3pm from the First Baptist Church of Pooler. The Rev. Frank Majors and Rev. Joe T. Greene officiating. Interment will be Gravel Hill Cemetery.. Pallbearers will be: Gene Arnold, Richard Dotson, Bill Morgan, T. L. White, Elmo Fields, W. D. Lewis, Fox and Weeks Funeral Home is in Charge.
