Our son Jerry, Jr. found an old bible that belonged to Julia, when he w as cleaning out his shed. He didn't remember having it. When Jerry's Mom came to live with us in Florida, Jerry, Jr. moved into her trailer and she must have forgotten it in the trailer. It has a lot of information in it about the family. He's going to bring it to us when he comes this Thursday and we'll let you know what's in it. It says that they were married in Mexico in 1943 & re-married in Las Vegas in 1970. We're not sure if the marriage certificate is in the bible or if she just wrote the dates in, Jerry, Jr. didn't say. Jerry said that they never told him that they were getting married in Las Vegas & he knew absolutely nothing about it.
