Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Monday at Finley's Rose Chapel in Portland, under the direction of Macy and Son, for Kenneth B. Burton, who died Thursday, Oct. 6, 1960, at the age of 59. Interment was at the Carlton-Yamhill cemetery.
Born May 10, 1901 in Illinois, Burton was the son of Charles and Ethel Brock Burton. He moved to Portland with his family when he was 10 years old and received most of his education there.
In 1928 he married Phoebe Suva, who survives him. Burton had been employed by Consolidated Freightways and Niedermeyer-Martin company at the time of his death. He had been a sales and office manager.
Survivors, besides his wife, Phoebe, include three brothers, Charles, Rex and Quarles Burton all of San Diego, Calif., and one sister, Mrs. Camille Yokom of John Day.
