Kenneth Cobb

TEMPLE Graveside service for Kenneth Cobb, 85, Temple, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Temple Cemetery with Gary Hart officiating.

Mr. Cobb died Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2005, in Waurika.

Arrangements are by Hart-Wyatt Funeral Home, Temple.

He was born March 20, 1919, to Seaf and Maude Cobb and grew up in the Faxon area. He married Frances Ezzell on May 18, 1946, in Walters. He was a farmer, custom harvester and cattle buyer and a lifelong resident of Cotton County.

Survivors include his wife, of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law: Kent and LoRee Cobb, Walker Creek Estates, Waurika Lake; and Lynn and Darlene Cobb, Comanche; a daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Lonnie Pruett, Snyder; a sister, Rachel Mankin, Herrin, Ill.; five grandchildren;13 great-grandchildren; other relatives; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Finis Dean Cobb; and a sister, Lucille Stair.

Memorial contributions may be made to Good Samaritan Hospice, 1200 NW 4th, Wilson 73463; or the Temple Cemetery Association, Route 1, Box 127B, Temple 73568.
